Written views from accredited observer organizations

Following the invitation from the Chair of the INC, accredited observer organizations are kindly requested use this form to provide written views on the guiding questions in advance of the second informal in-person meeting of Heads of Delegation (HODs) to the INC, scheduled for 27 to 30 September 2026.

Please refer to the information in this [email notification] and the [guiding questions] before completing this form.

As outlined in the email notification, written views received through this form will be published on the INC website, alongside the information for the meeting, on a rolling basis, and in the order in which they are received. Uploaded files will undergo a technical check before publication on the INC website to confirm that they can be opened and accessed. 

This upload form will close on Wednesday 23 September 2026, at 23:59 (GMT+3). For technical support, email the INC Secretariat: unep-incplastic.secretariat@un.org.
