Text proposals:

A Member user registered in this platform can use this page on behalf of their Delegation or a Group of States to upload their text proposal to Contact Group 2.

Please use the “Upload text proposal” form at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions to upload one textual proposal document (PDF only) at a time in any of the six official UN languages (all translations must be included in the same document). The one document for upload can only refer to one "Article", however a user can repeat this process by using this page again to upload another document referring to a different "Article".

  • A text submission can only be uploaded on this page by a Member Delegation or Group of States attending the session in-person.
  • A Member user can request to have their upload deleted by emailing the INC Secretariat: unep-incplastic.statements@un.org.
